Check out the INSIDE World Festival of Interiors 2019 shortlist

It's still a few more months until the annual INSIDE World Festival of Interiors swings its gates open again in Amsterdam this December, but the awards program is already gearing up and has just unveiled this year's shortlisted interior design projects across nine categories.

During the three-day festival, happening alongside World Architecture Festival, the judging panel will also select the individual category winners as well as the best overall project, the World Interior of the Year. In 2018, the title went to the Yumin Art Nouveau Collection by Danish practice JAC STUDIOS.

The field of shortlisted interior projects is dominated by exciting new work in China, Singapore, Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand, and other Asian markets — the only U.S. submissions that made the cut are the Buro Ole Scheeren-designed Dean & DeLuca STAGE in New York and three Californian projects by Rapt Studio.
