                                There&#8217;s a reason multifunctional furniture is so popular – convertible cribs that turn into twin-size beds, sleeper sofas that fold out to accommodate guests, even storage ottomans that hide away our clutter – they all make some facet of life easier. <a href="http://www.pierreemmanuelvandeputte.com/work/2019/altezza.php"  rel="noopener external noreferrer" data-wpel-link="external">Altezza</a>, an adaptable space by Belgian designer <a href="http://www.pierreemmanuelvandeputte.com/"  rel="noopener external noreferrer" data-wpel-link="external">Pierre-Emmanuel Vandeputte</a>, was created to be the central piece in a growing child&#8217;s bedroom with a pinewood frame, four ladders, and three lengths of Batyline fabric that can be reconfigured again and again.

Meant to foster a strong imagination in a nurturing, open environment, Altezza brings the Montessori teaching philosophy of allowing unique personalities to evolve freely front and center. Much more than a traditional bed, it’s adaptable and ready to age along with your children stage by stage, daydream by daydream.
