Framework Awarded $6M from City of Portland “Fast Starts” Program to Support Affordable Housing

The program aims at providing financial and city level assistance in the development and deployment of affordable housing projects that aim to deliver on both the means and methods of relieving the city's housing crisis.&nbsp;</p>
